Hallo! I'm
Moxxie, alternatively known as
Retro or even Java
I reside in Florida, and was born in
Brandon.
I've lived here most of my life, so I can say I know a thing or two about this state.
I really do hate living here, though. I've been here more than a decade, things are getting repetitive!
But for now, I mostly just live in central Florida all by myself...Which is a huge bummer.
I am into a lot of graphic-related hobbies, such as graphic design, digital art, web design (I suck, so don't try me on that one), etc.
I typically focus on art and such, but I have been getting warmed up to the idea of
programming!
Some languages I'm sloowwwlly getting into (or have interest in):
some are languages I'm okay in, just needing a bit more knowledge and/or need to relearn if I'm rusty at it
I take my time with learning, so please do not rush - You may ask questions!
just nothing that'll kill my spark, here.
I have a lot of projects...And sometimes, I just really like telling people about them.
Originally called BluemanRadio, or SWWS, this project pertains to a vast number of music I intend to release under numerous (if not, several) aliases just for fun. No profit. Don't need to pay for it. Just pure, audible fun. Possibly with some friends too, if they want to join.
Wow! You're looking at this right now! In short, Vertgar.den (originally called Rawtbreaker, Ghost's Side Mission or The Pinecone Site) is a digital everything-home where I put anything and everything I can relating to me and my work! Its sole purpose is to share fun stuff I know, make or find while helping people know most about the weirdo of all: Moxxie Pothos (das me:3)
My biggest passion project. Digitex goes into all kinds of stuff: from an ear-blasting static created by the vocal chord of a mutilated 'digi-puppy', to a dork Lithuanian computer scientist that single-handedly slaughtered the limit of quantuam technology and dares the human race to beat his progress. It truly stands out from my project roll, and if anything - is everything compared to...Well, everything. Digitex stretches my lifetime out like it's an electronic music sample, and expands it while padding in some references, weird twists or just something to do with CODE. Digitex is a complex, context-needing story that branches out into thousands - if not, MILLIONS of different timelines and stories which YOU can actually contribute to! But not yet, things aren't done yet...
Digitex also breaks the fourth-wall plenty of times, and features references and direct "digital versions" of people I know. A great example is
Offscript
who is directly based off of
WahPlus
while being it's own character for leg room (and to make it less awkward).
He gets hired at the facility, and has to face whatever Digitex has to offer with it's vast variety of digital entites it's created during it's time rotting on the grid while also dealing with personal issues and obstacles obtained from the
Bulletproof
story.
One of my more niche projects I operate over in silence, hell this may be the first time you hear about it...And possibly the last. Its a Scratch oriented series inspired by some friends' series like [oilboiler] by Fluxdrive (or mikethe223) and (myself) by dtpls (or dateplays). The project has been held back though, since realistically I don't have that many ideas. Plus, it would really only be to a certain group of people, which is a little lame in retrospective.
TBA idk what to say yet
Some sites I think deserve recognition:
